RETURNS POLICY

When you buy at Peak Marine Wanaka you buy with confidence and we stand behind the products we sell.

FAULTY GOODS

Unless stated otherwise, all items carry a 12 month warranty (some products have longer warranties).  If you think your goods are faulty, simply return them in person to or send them with a covering letter containing your contact details and any information you think is relevant to:

Once we have received your goods we will assess them and contact you to discuss the options.  At first instance, we will organise to repair or replace the goods.  If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced we will refund the purchase price.

UNWANTED GOODS

Unused but still saleable goods complete in their original packaging may be returned to us for a full refund for up to 1 month after purchase, excluding:

1. Electronics which may only be returned 7 days after purchase, and

2. Any item that was specially ordered or modified to meet your specifications

Receipts must be provided for all returns

Any refunds of Unwanted Goods will exclude the cost of freight. However replacement goods will be sent to you freight free.

This does NOT alter or reduce your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

PROOF OF PURCHASE NEEDED

Like every retailer we require proof of purchase for returns.  Ideally, this will be a copy of your invoice.  If you cannot find your proof of purchase we will endeavour to find it in our system for you.
